This chapter focuses on how flexibility and “yielding” isn't a weakness but rather an intelligent design principle found in many aspects of nature…one that creates strength and resilience. “A tree that is unbending is easily broken; an army without flexibility never wins a battle.”
We're invited and challenged to reflect on the areas in our own lives where we are being too rigid.
Whether it be in our professional life, leadership, personal relationships, or even in our relationship with ourselves. Can we increase our ability to stay grounded in principles that matter to us while also cultivating more flexibility in our approaches?
